Thomas Rose is CEO & President of 21st Century Health Care Consultants. A former Army Special Forces Officer (Green Berets), his business experience includes a successful leadership track in the General Electric companies, culminating as Chief Financial Officer of GE’s largest asset management company. Following GE, Thomas focused his career on growing or turning around smaller to mid-sized middle market businesses as their company President or business development executive in a variety of sectors, from automotive, manufacturing, facilities maintenance, and healthcare.
Thomas’ Fortune 100 C-level expertise applied to over nearly two decades of small to mid-sized business leadership enables him to know what our clients will have to deal with as they start and grow their businesses and how we can best help them. Thomas received his undergraduate B.S. Degree in Management from Methodist University and his MBA from Webster University.
Timothy Eiman is Chief Innovation Officer of 21st Century Health Care Consultants. For over 25 years Tim has been a thought leader in compliance and EdTech solutions in the healthcare industry while building powerful partnerships with healthcare systems and industry leadership. He is a proven growth strategist, a modern change agent, and a market disruptor. He has extensive executive experience in providing business acumen and leadership from startup to mature organizations, as well as developing national strategic relationships. He is a dynamic national speaker at conferences and internal meetings, with expertise in healthcare ecosystems, learning management systems, HRIS, SaaS, eLearning, and education. His mission is to leverage innovative technologies and business development to empower healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.
Tim has completed 3 highly successful exits in private equity rollups, delivering exceptional value to the stakeholders. Tim received his B.S. from Michigan State University in Social Science and Organizational Leadership. He serves on National League of Nursing Advisory Council. He has completed the Center for Creative Leadership Programs at Eckerd College.
Tina Robertson RN, BSN, MBA is Vice President Clinical Services and is responsible for the Clinical Manager Team and execution of all Clinical Consulting Services. Tina brings over 22 years of healthcare experience to 21st Century. During her 14 years of specifically home health experience, Tina has held various roles from being a Nurse Case Manager to a Regional Administrator and a multi-site Director of Operations. Tina has worked for both privately owned and large publicly traded agencies to manage operations, services, personnel performance, and cost management.
Tina’s tenure in the Home Care industry and depth of operational experience in running agencies makes her uniquely qualified to help our clients. Tina holds an ASN and AA from State College of Florida, a BSN from University of South Florida and an MBA from Western Governors University.
Kim Cavanaugh is the VP of Licensing and is responsible for the Licensing and Credentialing Teams. Kim has 28 years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, specializing in state licensing and CHAP and ACHC accreditation for home care, home health, and hospice start-up agencies nationwide. Kim has many years of leadership experience, including a previous role as Director of Licensing, which has led to the opening of over 2,000 agencies. In addition to consulting, Kim has worked for established home health and hospice agencies as Director of Operations and Regulatory and Compliance Manager, where she was able to implement her knowledge, ensuring perpetual readiness for those organizations.
With Kim’s leadership experience and her extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory affairs, she is well-positioned to guide our 21st-century clients through a streamlined and organized licensing and accreditation process. Kim studied Accounting and Business Management at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, FL.
Jean Marie Kosko is Vice President Administration and oversees all Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Facilities, Customer Care, and Strategic Projects.
Jean has worked in all aspects of 21st Century’s departments and is a critical Subject Matter Expert to the company. Jean always has the customer perspective in mind. Jean holds a BS in Humanities and Business from Neumann University.
Derrick Smith is Director of Infrastructure and Projects for 21st Century Health Care Consultants. As former Army Officer and Combat Wounded Veteran, his leadership experience led to a successful track within the US Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, culminating as the Program Analyst for the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program, and leading the project to build a clinic specifically for homeless Veterans in his region. After leaving federal service, Derrick pursued Project and Operational Management opportunities with companies like GDIT, working on contracts with large businesses and the Federal Government.
Derrick continues to gain experience in IT Operations and Innovation, even studying the latest innovations in his off time to include AI and its usefulness in business, software development and CRM administration. Derrick received his undergraduate A.A . Degree from Northwestern State University, a B.A . Degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA and his MBA from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA.
